Information Meeting
An information meeting will be held on 11/3 at 7:00 PM in the Jackson Hole Middle School Commons to present information to potential new
members about the club volleyball program in addition to information on changes from last season for our veteran members.
Activities
Winter and Spring practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 at Jackson Hole
Middle School. Winter session includes practices only and does not include any tournaments or travel. Athletes
are split into teams for spring session and along with Monday and Wednesday practices, each team will compete
in several Eastern Idaho Volleyball Association Saturday league tournaments. Spring athletes are also offered potential additional tournament
opportunities outlined below.

EIVA Saturday League Tournaments
Spring teams participate in 3 to 5 EIVA Saturday league tournaments in various eastern Idaho cities, such as Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, and Victor.
Travel to these tournaments typically includes a departure from Jackson between 6 and 7 AM, competition in a minimum of 4 matches, and a late afternoon
arrival back in Jackson. JHVB does not provide player transportation, so in the spirit of fair carpooling we request that parents/guardians provide
player transportation for at least two EIVA tournaments that their athlete's team will be participating in.
The
JH Volleyball Calendar will be updated with confirmed team tournament
dates for Spring session once they are scheduled by the EIVA. These tournaments are typically scheduled on Saturdays starting the first week of
March through mid-May.

The session deposit amount must be received before session signup deadlines to secure and guarantee participation in a session
and/or placement on a team. The deposit amount is applied toward the session fee and is non-refundable. Session fees must
be fully paid before the first practice of the session for an athlete to be eligible to participate in a club practice or
activity. Registration after the deadline, if accepted, may be subject to an additional fee.
Financial assistance may be available for qualified individuals, please contact us for more information.
Additional Tournaments
Additional tournaments are optional and at extra cost over your regular club fees. Tournament
information will be listed below as it becomes available. Do not include any additional tournament fees with
your club registration, but please contact us via email if your are interested in attending any of these tournaments.
