The session deposit amount must be received before session signup deadlines to secure and guarantee participation in a session
and/or placement on a team. The deposit amount is applied toward the session fee and is non-refundable. Session fees must
be fully paid before the first practice of the session for an athlete to be eligible to participate in a club practice or
activity. Registration after the deadline, if accepted, may be subject to an additional fee.
Financial assistance may be available for qualified individuals, please contact us for more information.
Registration Steps
Please read and carefully follow the instructions below to register for a club session. In fairness and for the protection of all
club participants, you will not be able to participate until all completed paperwork is turned in and
club fees are fully paid, no exceptions. If you have questions or are unclear on anything, please do not hesitate to email
or call.
- Step 1: AAU Membership
- Go to the AAU Membership web site.
- Fill out the personal information section. For the Program field, select
Youth Program. For Membership, select one of the regular
memberships. For Sport, select Volleyball.
Enter Jackson Hole Volleyball under Club Name, and our Club Code,
which is WYVBT9TKB0. This associates your membership with our club.
Finish entering your other information and click on the Save and Continue button.
- Click on the Finish button on the Membership Order Summary page to move on to the Checkout page.
Enter your payment information to complete your order and pay
for your AAU membership, which should be $12.
- You will end up on a final receipt page that has a sales receipt and a membership card.
Print this page, keep the sales receipt for your records, and sign the
membership card. The membership card must be signed by both the athlete and parent/guardian. You should
get a confirmation email from the AAU within 24 hours containing a copy of your membership
card.
- If you were a club player last year and have already renewed your membership for this year, please make sure you used this year's
club code, WYVBT9TKB0, so that your membership is associated with our club. Please
look up your membership
and change your club code if necessary.
- Step 2: Medical Release
- Open the editable Medical Release
form (Adobe PDF: 118 KB).
- Enter your information in all blue items and print the form. Sign and date the three appropriate places on the
form.
- Step 3: JHVB Player Information
- Open the editable Player Information
form (Adobe PDF: 112 KB).
- Enter your information in all blue items and print the form.
- Step 4: Return forms and payment to JH Volleyball
