The session deposit amount must be received before session signup deadlines to secure and guarantee participation in a session
and/or placement on a team. The deposit amount is applied toward the session fee and is non-refundable. Session fees must
be fully paid before the first practice of the session for an athlete to be eligible to participate in a club practice or
activity. Registration after the deadline, if accepted, may be subject to an additional fee.
Financial assistance may be available for qualified individuals, please contact us for more information.
Registration Steps
Please read and carefully follow the instructions below to register for a club session. In fairness and for the protection of all
club participants, you will not be able to participate until all completed paperwork is turned in and
club fees are fully paid, no exceptions. If you have questions or are unclear on anything, please do not hesitate to email
or call.
Step 1: AAU Membership
- Go to the AAU Membership web site.
- If you created an AAU account last year, login to your account.
- If you did not create an AAU account last year, follow the instructions to create an account.
- Click on the Athlete Application link or menu item
- Fill out the personal information section. For the Program field, select
Youth Program. For Membership, select one of the regular
memberships. For Sport, select Volleyball.
For Club Code, enter XTC4XD, which is our club code. The club code field is important to enter since it
associates your membership with our club.
Finish entering other information and click on the Save and Continue button.
- Click on the Finish button on the Membership Order Summary page to move on to the Checkout page.
Enter your payment information to complete your order and pay
for your AAU membership, which should be $12 per year.
- You will end up on a final receipt page that has a sales receipt and a membership card.
Print this page, keep the sales receipt for your records, and both the athlete and parent/guardian sign the
membership card. You should also
get a confirmation email from the AAU within 24 hours containing a copy of your membership
card.
Step 2: Medical Release
- Open the editable Medical Release
form (Adobe PDF: 80 KB).
- Enter your information and print the form.
- Sign and date the appropriate places on the form. There is one place for the athlete to sign and two places for the parent/guardian to sign.
Step 3: JHVB Player Information
- Open the editable Player Information
form (Adobe PDF: 98 KB).
- Enter your information. Please be as complete as possible. Print the form and return it with your paperwork or email it to

Step 4: Return forms and payment to JH Volleyball
- Mail your signed AAU membership card, signed Medical Release form, and Player Information form
(if you did not email it) with your fee payment to JH Volleyball, PO Box 4014, Jackson, WY, 83001.
All club fees must be paid and forms must be fully completed and signed before you
will be allowed to participate.
Credit Card Payment Option
If you would like to pay by credit card, please select the appropriate fee and click the
'Pay Now' button. You will be sent to a secure PayPal page to make your payment. You do not need to create a
PayPal account.
